Easter is Coming

This Lent has been hard
but Easter is coming
This whole semester has been hard
but Easter is coming
Because the world is broken
but Easter is coming
Some have abandoned me
but Easter is coming
Illnesses take control of lives
but Easter is coming
Depression is real
but Easter is coming
I don't always have the strength
but Easter is coming
Overwhelming are the waves
but Easter is coming
There are many who don't know Your Name
but Easter is coming

and that means resurrection
and death always comes before resurrection
but hope remains in the night
because
Easter is coming
​
so hold on
because Easter is coming
